We have a team of civil and electrical engineers that have extensive experience with the design and building of RV and Mobile Home Parks.
Our civil engineers produce comprehensive plans that include:
- Overall site plan
- Drainage and storm water detention
- Grading
- Roads and Paving
- Underground Utilities
- Offsite water and sewer
- Construction specifications
They are experienced with well and septic systems, waste-water treatment plants and tie-ins to public water and sewer.
Our electrical engineer works with the public electric utility and produces an electrical system that is safe, cost effective and avoids issues with not enough power to each RV or mobile home.
We will also work with any engineers and architects that a client is already working with.
