Our Company principals are very experienced in building RV Resorts with notable clients such as Sun Communities and ELS (both large publicly traded REITS) along with numerous other clients throughout the United States.

We not only build new RV and Mobile Parks but can also undertake remodels, property upgrades and expansions.

Our goals on any project are to:

• Develop a detailed bid that fits the client’s budget and project vision
• Work closely with municipalities and other jurisdictions, maintaining good working relationships
• Build it correctly, working hand-in hand with engineers and architects
• Build it in the shortest time possible
• Avoid surprises and stay within budget
• Work seamlessly with the owner and any banks that are involved with financing
• Ensure a smooth handoff to operating management

We keep our clients informed through:

• Weekly or bi-weekly status calls
• On-line access by the client to schedules, progress pictures, etc.
